Dan Branch, a Republican candidate for attorney general, released his second TV ad on Tuesday highlighting his role in passing a "Moment of Silence" bill aimed at adding daily prayer or reflection in Texas public schools. The 30-second ad will air on broadcast and cable networks statewide starting Wednesday.
