In a new television ad, U.S. Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Dallas, touts his conservative bona fides. An announcer says Sessions "led the conservative takeover of Congress, took Nancy Pelosi out of power." Sessions then addresses the camera, saying that he needs to be re-elected to continue the work of rolling back President Obama's agenda and getting businesses to hire again.
Sessions is facing a primary challenge from Tea Party leader Katrina Pierson.
