A judge has ruled that New Braunfels' anti-trash ordinances that barred tubers from floating down its rivers with large coolers or disposable bottles and cans are unconstitutional and unenforceable, according to the San Antonio Express-News. State District Judge Don Burgess decided in favor of water recreation businesses that had sued the city over the ordinances known as the "can ban."
