The regional premiere of the film Watershed: Exploring a New Water Ethic for a New West, the story of threats to the Colorado River produced and narrated by Robert Redford, will take place on Wednesday in Austin.
What: Premiere of the film Watershed: Exploring a New Water Ethic for a New West, the story of threats to the Colorado River, produced and narrated by Robert Redford, to be followed by a discussion by a panel of experts. Live music by Jimmie Dale Gilmore.
Who: The Paramount Theatre is partnering with the George Mitchell Foundation for the premiere and to bring together a panel of international river basin policymakers to discuss water issues. The discussion will be led by the Tribune's Neena Satija.
When: Wednesday, Jan. 15, 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Where: Stateside at the Paramount, 719 Congress Ave., Austin
