Nano Filters May Help Purify Water in Remote Regions
An international team of researchers has demonstrated that nanotechnology may provide an economical solution to purifying water for millions of people around the world who rely on briny water that may be polluted. The researchers say portable water purification devices using carbon nanotube membranes can remove contaminants as well as brine from water.
