U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Surfside, says goodbye in a farewell speech typical of his unique style on the House floor Wednesday.

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Surfside, delivered his farewell speech to Congress from the House floor on Wednesday. In true Paul fashion, the representative left House members with a long list of government abuses and as many libertarian ideas and observations as he could fit into the 48-minute speech.
