Despite poor showings in Iowa and New Hampshire, Gov. Rick Perry's presidential campaign is pressing on. Today, it released a 60-second web ad emphasizing Perry's never-give-up attitude.

"I have never quit a day in my life," Perry says in the ad. "I have never quit in the face of adversity, and I'm not just about to quit on the future of America. I am going to stay in this race and stay in this fight because our children and this country are worth the fight."

The slickly produced spot, titled "Champion," also features cameos from former President Ronald Reagan, late baseball great Babe Ruth and the official state flag of South Carolina, where Perry is campaigning in the hope of a strong result in the Palmetto State's Jan. 21 primary.
