Chris Paddie currently serves as Mayor of Marshall, Texas. As Marshall Mayor and during his years on the City Commission, Paddie never raised taxes on City residents. He helped push and pass reforms that have kept the city fiscally sound despite the national recession. Paddie is both a strong fiscal and social conservative Republican.

Chris Paddie is General Manager of KMHT Radio where he hosts a daily talk show. Paddie is a graduate of Carthage High School and Texas A&M University. He and his wife Brooke have two sons, Christopher and Noah. Paddie is former Chairman of the Greater Marshall Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Boys & Girls Club of the Big Pines.
