The two candidates to replace Comptroller Susan Combs — Democrat Mike Collier and Republican Sen. Glenn Hegar — have agreed to a debate hosted by Time Warner Cable News in Austin, according to representatives with both campaigns.

The debate is scheduled for Oct. 29. It will be moderated by Paul Brown and air live in the Austin, San Antonio and Waco television markets, according to Time Warner Cable.
