2010: On Twitter, Bill White Created NASA

It was bound to happen. Some enterprising politico out there has launched a new Twitter account: @billwhitefacts, a satirical take on the Democratic former Houston mayor.
An example:
Bill White was born. Four years later NASA was created. Coincidence? I think not.#billwhitefacts #billwhite
White's opponent in the governor's race, Republican Rick Perry, already has a "facts" account on the microblogging site, though his picture is much better.
Could it be the same anonymous author? Perhaps:
As a boy, Rick Perry followed a rainbow and met a leprechaun. It wouldn't give him its gold. This is why we no longer have leprechauns.
