Ads Infinitum: White's "Ten Years"

In the final days of campaign season, immigration is getting its time in the spotlight, for good reason. In the latest University of Texas/Texas Tribune poll, Texans said it was the biggest problem the state faced.

Bill White's campaign has started running a television ad it's calling "Ten Years" in select markets today. It accuses Gov. Rick Perry of cleaning the records of sex offenders who were deported from the U.S. and letting deported criminals keep their Texas drivers licenses. White discussed this at a press conference Monday in response to a Perry ad that features a Houston police officer's widow who says the city's immigration policies under White led to the death of her husband.
