Drought Continues to Impact Texas Water Utilities

Despite the end of the severe drought in Texas, the state's water and sewer utilities will continue to see an impact, according to Fitch Ratings, the international bond ratings agency.

Despite the end of the severe drought in Texas, the state's water and sewer utilities will continue to see an impact, according to Fitch Ratings, the international bond ratings agency. “The lessons and momentum that the dry spell left on political leaders, water suppliers and consumers will have lasting effects on the sector,” according to the agency.
