The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University has been named a Texas Aquatic Science Certified Site, making it the first informal education center to receive that designation.

The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University has been named a Texas Aquatic Science Certified Site, making it the first informal education center to receive that designation from the Informal Science Education Association of Texas. The Meadows Center is expanding its educational programs in wetlands habitats, endangered species, macro-invertebrates, water quality, biodiversity, aquifers and pollution.
