With droughts, rising seas and record flooding happening around the world during 2015, concerns about water rose to the top as a multifaceted global issue. Water led the list of global concerns from January, when the World Economic Forum cited drought, floods and pollution as top global risks, through December during the debates in Paris on the international agreements on climate change.
