Event: "Keep Rivers Flowing" Webinar

An April 30 webinar titled "Keeping Rivers Flowing: Innovative Strategies to Protect and Restore Rivers" will discuss the future health of Texas' rivers, bays and estuaries.

What: A webinar titled "Keeping Rivers Flowing: Innovative Strategies to Protect and Restore Rivers" will present ways to keep the state's rivers, bays and estuaries healthy. Speakers will talk about how to ensure necessary flows to protect water quality and to sustain healthy populations of fish and wildlife.

Who: The webinar is presented by the Sierra Club's Lone Star Chapter, the National Wildlife Federation and the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment. Speakers will incude Myron Hess of the National Wildlife Federation, Brian Richter of the Nature Conservancy and Andrew Sansom of the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment.
