In 2015, our coverage of a controversial water supply project in Hays County took us to the Texas Capitol and to a series of community meetings in Wimberley. In 2016, we’re looking forward to covering the fate of that project — now regulated, under a new state law — and other divisive water supply plans, including the city of San Antonio’s Vista Ridge project.
