Interactive Map: Texas Rural Development Grants

To develop community infrastructure like first time water service and paved roads, rural Texans turn to the Texas Department of Rural Affairs. Over the last ten years, TDRA has distributed over $3.7 billion — most of it federal funds — for community and economic development, disaster recovery, and health services in rural areas. To see where this money has gone and for what purpose, we created a series of maps showing the distribution of TDRA grants.
