Colonel Terry Wilson is a lifelong conservative Republican, committed husband and father, and combat veteran. On March 1, 2016, he won the Republican Primary to represent District 20 in the Texas House of Representatives.
Terry has been married to his wife, Shannon, for 21 years and together they have two sons, William and Benjamin. They are members of First Baptist Church and he serves as an Assistant Scout Master.
Terry retired from the U.S. Army after serving over 30 years, where he was a highly regarded senior leader within the Department of the Army, managing a $2.2 billion budget. Shannon has worked 14 years within State University and Public School Systems.
As your next state representative, Terry will fight to protect the unborn, secure our border and put a stop to illegal immigration, eliminate ineffective education bureaucracies and compensate good, passionate and successful teachers, and lower the tax burden on families and small businesses.
