is the Texas Tribune's first-ever engagement fellow, working on the Tribune's social media channels and focusing on audience engagement. She graduated in 2016 from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Plan II Honors and sociology. While attending UT-Austin, Amy spent far too much time in the office of The Daily Texan, where she served as managing editor after a long tenure in the photo department. Born in Radford, Virginia, Amy has lived in Texas since she was ten, splitting time between Austin and College Station. She will be attending graduate school this fall, and loves dogs, traveling, and oxford commas.
