FBI raid prompts new scrutiny of U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar’s ties to Azerbaijan

U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, has promoted Azerbaijan’s relationship with the United States for years.

Cuellar has helped promote educational excursions to the country and is co-chair of the Congressional Azerbaijan Caucus.
