Texas judge allows Harris County to send all voters applications for mail-in ballots

Harris County has faced intense criticism from Texas Republicans since announcing its plan to send applications for mail-in ballots to all of the county's 2.4 million registered voters.

State district judge R.K. Sandill rejected the state’s request for a temporary injunction to bar Harris County from pursuing its mailing plan.
