What: A town hall telephone conference on "America's Water: Infrastructure in Peril, What to do, how to fix it and how to finance it." Water experts will discuss how cities will face an era of replacement, repair and reinvestment in outdated and failing water systems. The first of four town halls on the subject of water.

Who: Sponsored by Circle of Blue, American Public Media and Columbia University; a global audience is expected. Free and open to all.
