Interactive: Campaign Finance Viewer for January 2014

Our interactive viewer of campaign finance reports includes the totals from so-called 30-day reports for candidates, expenditures, loans and cash on hand, and then offers several ways to look at the details. Each candidate's top 10 donors for the Jan. 1-23 period are here, along with a breakdown of their income by contribution size, a list of the states where they collected most of their donations, and contributions by date for the period. Candidates without competitive primaries are not required to file these reports, which were due 30 days before the March 4 primary elections, and do not appear in this analysis.

Candidates who organized their campaigns as specific-purpose political committees (SPACs) are noted as such. Also, note that some candidates have more than one committee.

Use the drop-down menu to select the name of the candidate whose report you would like to see. And to see the candidate's actual report, click on the "PDF" link under "View Report."
