The Texas State Board of Pharmacy is the state agency that licenses and disciplines Texas pharmacists and pharmacies.

The board is made up of nine members appointed by the governor and confirmed by the Senate, who serve overlapping six-year terms. Six of the board members must be practicing pharmacists. The board meets quarterly.
