The budget draft filed last week provided the first glimpse at the kind of deep cuts that state agencies could see in the next biennium. As Matt Largey of KUT News reports, advocates are particularly worried about what the final budget could hold for the agency that protects children from abuse and neglect.

To do away with Child Protection Services all together will save the state a lot of money.

I agree the Texas CPS is out of control and it is a big waste on state and Fed& Tax money this is a currupt system that takes children out of homes legal kidnapping for reason to belive and do whateven they please because they cannot be prosecuted under the law the case workers being shown how to lie make false statement to the courts police and many other agency to jusifify their action breaking up family only to put children in foster home that many lawyers DA judges and CPS workers make money off because many are board members of private foster home medical service it go's on and on the currupt system .Maybe when the system first started it was a good thing but like I said it's of of control and money lobbest my money from the Texas CPS system children that go into the systems are 9 times more to die get abuse hurt assaulted this is a facts Texas Deptment of Family and protective Service or CPS It was created Feb 1 2004 by House bill 2292 of he 78th Texas Legislature 2003 as the first new agenyin a major reorganization prior to that was call Texas Dept of Protective and Regulatory service PRS under the comptroller findings Carole Keeton in 2003 2004 2005

As I left off The Comptroller reported from the CPS 2003 2004 2005 in 2006 ,respectively 30,38 48 foster children died.The number foster care increased 24% this the fact that they max out fed and state dollars children make money for the CPS system and all that our connected that why a jump of 24% in 2005 their were 32,474 children in the Texas systemthe number of deaths increase 60% Yes 60%.compared to the general population, a child is four times more likely to die in the Texas foster care system.In 2004 about 100 children were treated for poisoning from medications 63 were treated for rape that occurred while under state care including four- year old twin boys and 142 childrengave birth.A 12 year-old boy died in Dec 2005 suffocated while being restrained from behine by an employee of the facility,Another died May30 afyer drowingin a creek during a bicycle outing.A three-year old was treated for poisoning from atypical,mind altering anti-psychotic drug Yes they use many drug on children another way to make money from Fed and state Tax dollars also now if a children go's to school any bruise or mark are to be report to the CPS so if a child get hurt while rideing a bike playing baseball football or jumping on the bed and gets hurt look out the school will be calling the CPS if they don't they can be charge with a mistermeaner change check it out with your local school in my case that is still in court my adopted neice got hurt in school she stated to my wife her blood aunt and me the case worker that another child pull a chair from her in school and she hit her head on the desk .they took all three adpoted children away from us because the case worker false reporting and twisted statement stated reason to belive that my wife did this at home .The child went to school on April 14 at 7:30 am they called CPS at 2:00Pm in the afternoon would'nt you say something us wrong with this anyway after spending $7000 and time off of work we still do not have the children back they wanted my wife and I to take a Service Plan it comply with Drug Testing Parent class and many other program to get the children back but no promies you will get them back ,How can a system Kiddnip your children on reason to believe take you to court try to force you into taking a sevice plan when you did nothing wrong it's like the SS in Germany in WWII they have more power than the IRS this need to be stopped now last count their are 48,767 children in the Texas foster system and it might be higher Children for money it needs to stop all the Mother's and Father's with broken hearts the TEXAS CPS breaks families up home reckers their are a small number of cases worker that do good job but a few they have a very high turnover rate check my statement out for yourself also many have criminal records that does'nt bar them from employment in the state of Texas Cps system Thanks for the space and time God Bless!
