I am beginning to believe there is very little intelligence showing it self when it comes to seeing how many new taxes can Texans be saddled with to acquire new funds. The new fund source has been rattling around Austin and the rest of Texas for years. Full blown casinos would keep billions of dollars in Texas each year. The casinos with hotels and other goodies could activate upwards of 40,000 new jobs. The salaries and benefits would multiply 2-3 times in local economies as well Then overall state incomes would increase from Tourist Traffic across Texas. Do not understand the majority of our lawmakers refusing to take advantage of NEW REVENUE from casinos. It is time for Texans to vote on whether or not there will be full-blown casinos in Texas.
