Valley Members: Corruption is a Stereotype
After two indictments in less than a year accusing border lawmakers of crimes, members of the Rio Grande Valley delegation are bracing for a backlash. They are quick to point out that corruption thrives well beyond the border, however, and say the search for a whipping boy should expand statewide.

coruption is STATE WIDE. As for Ybarra she was not alone in the fraud, everyone in the billing office knew what was going on but shes the Fall Gal since her signature was on the page via a rubber stamp. So don't Jump to defense too fast but lets look at ALL the Information and persons connected with her office and it operation.
AND YES HER OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED and Her business put on hold till all is figured out.
