The 2010 Texas Republican Convention
The day started with Kay Bailey Hutchison's official endorsement of Gov. Rick Perry. The gubernatorial primary rivals did a pretty effective job of political Kumbaya, joking and appearing relaxed, with all that nasty election talk behind them.
They appeared on stage together at a Texas Federation of Republican Women event and not at the convention itself.
Hutchison made the same amount of news announcing at the TFRW breakfast she'd have made announcing at the GOP convention, but avoided a crowd that has never warmed to her like it has to Perry and others. There's a bit of ...
