Democratic gubernatorial nominee Bill White promises 1,000 more security officers on the Texas-Mexico border in his latest TV spot, appropriately titled "Border."

"Rick Perry's been governor for nine and a half years. You would think he'd be able to get some of the federal resources that he's said we needed all those years," says an emphatic White, in the spot.
