And the government is going to "give" them all of that and Santa is going to come down and put gifts in their stockings, and the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy will get together and serve lunch and the whole world will be wonderful!

oh sure, Metro Rail has sent Houston into Bankruptcy. Jumping from the frying pan to the fire doesn't seem to be a good idea to me.
