Rick Perry's campaign has released a video in anticipation of President Obama's scheduled visits to Dallas and Mesquite today. The video mocks the president's 2009 stimulus plan before highlighting Perry's "four core principles" for creating jobs.

Whether or not one agrees with or likes the President of the United States, it is a governor's job to welcome him to one's state. Perry snubbed the president two years ago. Now he's trying to act "presidential." I haven't forgotten him embarrassing us last time.
