Hoo Humm, gee its raining a bit today? Perry is clueless of the world around himself. He is good for a laugh at lunchtime at work. Certainly he is alsodestroying his chances of being reelected Gov. That will balance Texas's budget, when his luxury governorship ends.

Yes, Congress has to vote to establish or eliminate cabinets, and many responsibilities would be reassigned, but elimination of cabinets would save a lot of money, which is what this election should be about. Take a look at all of the cabinets Democratic administrations have added since 1900. Do we need them? The answer is no.
