Aw, what a whiner. I thought all was fair in politics since after they concede defeat or quit the race they always seem to make themselves seem like they were always friends. Jerks.

This guy is one of the worst excuses for a public servant that Texas has seen since Domingo Garcia was in the House. He seems to think he is entitled to that office. Well, Jeff, the office is the office of the people...not YOU. As far as this frivolous lawsuit, take a look at the suit. It is nothing more than campaign trail hogwash. He is using the courts to get attention for a lagging campaign. He says he is 20 points ahead but then files a suit? If you are 20 points ahead there is no way you would bring attention to your opponent. Hopefully this guy will actually have to work for a living in the near future.

So, we continue to eat our own. Great strategy in this most important of election years. Instead of all of these egos and "he said, she said", they need to put this in check and remember the goal is to get the thugs in the White House out in November.

Puby against Puby, I love it.

Whatever happened to the "No Frivolous Lawsuits" law that the GOP pushed for and voters approved it? It doesn't exist if it's Republicans filing the suit???
Healthy Texan
Jeff Wentworth belongs in a Texas prison cell and not in the Texas Senate. He is corrupt and disgusting. Go get em Elizabeth Ames Jones.

Republicans eating their own and each other with lawsuits and verbal accusations; whether about ethics, or even the just I'm more conservative than him or her. I see this happening in several parts of the state this year. It is a shame we don't have a Democratic bench filed to run for all of these house and state senate districts. Win or lose I would like to see some advocates for education, for ethics, for positive campaigning, for the district, instead of people who feel entitled to run the state like it is their own private fiefdom.
