State Targets Injunction on Voter Registration Measures
Attorneys for the state of Texas say a federal court’s decision to block restrictions for deputy voter registrars has already caused frustration and confusion at the county level and will only hinder voter turnout.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott knows filing for an injunction in this time frame would jeopardize the November election and that's exactly why he asked for it! All the TEA-Republican shenanigans will hit the fan between now and the general election. Man your battle stations!
