When Michael made the decision to run, I called and offered support. When I read he went after Roger's wife, I called and asked him to pull my support. I was hoping this race would be about the issues we face in Parker County, Tarrant County, and Wise county and not the old shool going after candidates type of a race. Michael going negative first is a clear turn off to me.
The good news is Roger shows there is a clear contrast for this race. We need someone who is a career businessman and not a career politician/bureaucrat. We have tough economonic times because of career bureaucrats like Michael, we need someone to go to Washington to has the entired district. We don't need another establishment lawyer coming into this district who doesn't know the people, who can't communicate with the voters, who wants to attack the good folks who have lived in this district for decades. My vote is now strongly with Roger. I hope Michael regrets being so negative so early.
