Updated: Canseco Concedes CD-23 to Gallego
Update, Nov. 9, 2:30 p.m.:
U.S. Rep. Francisco “Quico” Canseco conceded the Congressional District 23 race on Friday. He congratulated state Rep. Pete Gallego, while renewing allegations that voter fraud skewed the results.
“While there is no doubt there were improperly counted votes and improperly cast ballots, a full investigation and recount would be prohibitively expensive and time consuming,” Canseco said in a statement.

Poor Quico, he whines because he too read the GOP tea leaves that told him that he was "supposed" to win. That is now 2 TeaParty GOP who lost the re-election bid and are whining. Hint: Hey Quico, perhaps if you had bothered to participate in the electoral process rather than limiting your debate to N=1, you could have, blah, blah, blah. What we are now seeing is sour grapes.
