TX Gov. Rick Perry Stump Speech Pop-Up Video
Stump speeches are notoriously newsless and not always completely factual. Stump Interrupted is a Texas Tribune feature inspired by VH1's "Pop Up Video", aimed at popping some life into the traditional stump while giving the speech more context, too.
Governor Rick Perry's October speech at the Lake Travis Republican Women's Club is the second in our Stump Interrupted series. Perry spoke for nearly 22 minutes, which is twice the maximum time for single YouTube uploads. So we've broken this up into two parts.

There must be some way of doing this without making it appear that the computer is glitching out. It's annoying.
However, loved the bubble insets though wich made for interesting commentaries to an otherwise lackluster speech.

I thought both videos were well done. Hope you are able to do more of this in the future, even though I know it is terribly time-consuming.
