New Rasmussen Poll Shows Debra Medina Gaining

New poll numbers from Rasmussen show bad news for U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and good news for Debra Medina in the GOP primary.

Here are the numbers: 44% for Gov. Rick Perry, 29% for Hutchison, 16% for Medina, and 11% undecided.

This means Perry has remained steady since the last Rasmussen poll, while Hutchison has dropped 4 points — which appear to have moved straight over to Team Medina. The race is still prone to a run-off, as no candidate has reached above 50 percent. More from Rasmussen:
