Maybe there was a communication breakdown.

Evidently the hundreds of thousands of Texans who have already cast ballots in the March Primary weren’t aware of an obscure law in the Texas Election code. The law prohibits voters in the Democratic or Republican Primary from being delegates at the Libertarian Party convention.

But it's not to late for everyone. Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Jeff Daiell is urging voters to avoid the primary ballot box and stay true to Libertarian beliefs.
