Ron Paul Joins Son and Ted Cruz at Tea Party Rally
Father and son lawmakers Ron and Rand Paul, along with U.S. Senate candidate Ted Cruz, gathered at the Capitol on Sunday to woo Tea Party voters and remind them as the primary election draws near that — in their view — their campaigns most align with the party's conservative values.
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said his father was “one of the intellectual godfathers of the Tea Party.”
“The revolution is working, we have infiltrated the Republican Party, and we will convert the Republican Party to defenders of liberty,” he said.

Extremist are banding together to continue their march on our rights and freedoms and to implement their skewed views onto unsuspecting peoples. The greatest political power is at the local level. Monies, power, influence and infrastructure policies are implemented at the local level, and the TEA-Republicans learned this well. If you do not get involved and voice your views and opinion, you will be run over by these staunch confrontational-ist. Re-take your government! do not let the extreme fringed TEA-Republicans run your life. The TEA-Republicans are tuned into selective implementation of federal laws just like Rick Perry, David Dewhurst and the Texas Legislature when it comes to federal policies. “The revolution is working, we have infiltrated the Republican Party, and we will convert the Republican Party to defenders of liberty” - This statement sends chill up my spine.
