Budget - Unfortunately for agencies, Pitts and Ogden worked TOO closely with the LBB and did line item cuts within agencies budgets rather than allow agencies (the professionals in their business) to determine where to cut. The LBB micromanaging agency cuts is a bad direction to take especially since there is no doubt that Mr. Perry’s heavy hand is also involved. Programs that do not follow party and probably tea party lines don't have a chance. Give the agencies a number to meet and let them do what they know best.
