- "In Texas, few institutions are as venerated as its flagship universities. Their alumni networks are vast and devoted. The state’s political power structure is woven by college ties that are as strong as party ones. And just about everyone’s athletic allegiance comes down to a choice: Longhorns or Aggies. like, if Perry feels sexy up there in Colorado chillin w/the Kochs & where marijuana is medical, he can still be a hyper-zealot back in sad, sad, sad Texas?

What is he talking about? Texas is the biggest welfare state I've ever come across. Keeping people down through methods that convince them they can be no better than what handouts they receive. Keep the oppression going with your illiterate and underpaid citizens through poverty programs. You don't offer a hand up you offer a slap down, Perry. Texas has increased its populations poverty while handing over tax breaks and incentives to NASCAR which does nothing to generate revenue or education across the state.

Why do they never talk about the benefits of the "Obamacare" legislation? Y'know, eliminating preexisting conditions and extended coverage on parents plans for kids up to 25 (or 27 or something, I forgot).

He's about as articulate as an 8th grader, ..."then we kind of go". Maybe even a 5th grader. LOL

like, first I thought, like wow, he's really deep?
then I like thought about it for, oh, like a few seconds?, and I like thought about Romney and the health plan in Massachussets?, and I thought like wow that too. so like the best thing to do must be to, you know, like keep paying uninsured medical treatments?, like through the county health systems? because, like those don't show up as tax burdens, right, like I said. So, like, aren't we all paying for it anyway?
so then, like i said, whatever, you know, 'cause status quo, you know, is like, not a failure?...

Read the A&M article again . . . not the worst in state's history. You have to read the whole thing.

This meathead was selected by Bush and friends. Karl Rove thought he was really easy to steer in the direction the Bush camp thought would be beneficial to their cause, that cause being total annialation of the United States, and making a few bucks along the way. Don't even let him set foot in Washington, but please get him out of Texas.

My response to Perry's" Response" is to spend Aug 6th in quiet prayer and meditation. I am going to pray that this buffoon is granted the wisdom to resign from office. I am going to pray that the general public be granted the sight to see through this moron.

I think he said, "eeuuww" not "oh".

Because the health care system in Texas is such a rampaging success.
