The reason for the request for the rule change is that Texas was only a proportional state because they HAD to be to have a primary before April. Now that the primary is later, it would add signficantly to Texas clout to be all or none. Tne rules change ponly makes sense because the courts have already changed the conditions.

This conservatives are not really what they are. I can only see bigotry and desperate attempts to change a rule too hinder Republicans opportunity to beat Obama this Nov. I say a vote for Santorum is a vote for Obama. Let's all end this nonsense and vote for Romney and beat the liberals this Nov.
