What the Texas GOP and Rubio is doing is political. Obama not so much. Obama/Dems have supported immigration reform and the Dream Act for 3+ years now and the GOP used to be for this until they were against it for political reasons. The filibuster in the Senate by GOP and some Dems have kept the Dream Act from passing. The Dream Act is NOT amnesty contrary to GOP/Tea Party propaganda. http://www.seattleimmigrationlawyerblog.com/2010/12/dream-act-myth-busters.html

Regardless of the merits of in-state tuition, the DREAM act, or related policies, what Obama is doing is sheer lawlessness. The President doesn't have any constitutional power to simply not enforce laws he doesn't like and impose his own will in contravention of the will of Congress. It's annoying that Acuña willfully ignores this angle on Perry's position (it's also annoying that Democrats in general are tolerating such a move - do they really want a Republican president who ignores laws over simply policy preferences?).

This asshole Obama picks and choose the laws he wants to uphold but he will pay the price for not upholding the oath he took. I just want to know what laws can we choose not to obey any longer or is the dictator the only one to get away with the law breaking. If Americans allow illegal aliens to break our laws then why have any laws at all?
