A federal panel in San Antonio had given the two parties at odds over the state's redistricting maps until Monday to agree on a set of compromise maps that could potentially preserve the state's April 3 primaries.

Abbott's compromise?? WTF! TX compromise is where you walk outta the room without getting shot in the back! Frankly, I don't care now if the damned primaries don't happen until November. Bah Humbug! (Happy 200th Dickenson).

Looks like to me they only asked the Chinese, Indians, and maybe some South African folks.....

Abbott is a moral cripple. Calling this a compromise is yet another example of his willingness to subvert the laws of the country to serve the GOP's ends. The man has no conscience and is certainly unfit to serve as AG even in Texas.
He did much the same when he pushed for lawsuit reform AFTER he collected a large sum for the accident that put him in the wheelchair (Notice how that is always shown in his campaign commercials?).
