As justifiable homocides increase,no-bills from grand jurors will increase,rape child molestation and burglary will decrease.Gang bangers like travon martin will be stopped by citizens on patrol when attacked by these undisciplined and expelled criminals.If the 18wheel driver had a gun perhaps the rodney king thugs would not have beaten him to a pulp.Open carry should be the first law introduced in January 2013,right after Bryan Hughes is elected Speaker of the House.

A pretty good example of why universities need to be free of political influence.
This study contradicts what a number of people believe; you can imagine politicians pressuring its principal investigators not to publish such unwelcome findings.

A big problem with the A&M study is that FBI Uniform Crime Statistics show the homicide rate (and almost all other crime) has been going down for the past 5 years.
This may or may not be caused by the increase in number of firearms sold. Right now, it is a correlation between the two numbers. But, no causal links have been established.

I totally disagree with this study. I do think that it is a home owers right to defend their property. If you come a-thieving, you got it coming.. I have read other horrific stories of how thieves can sue homeowners for hospital bills, for injuries incurred on the home owners property. HELL NO!!

Well all I can say is were the study came from says it all. Bottom line I would rather have than the castle law then not. I can not see anyone running and being shot or stab in the back. Everyone has a choice if you choose not to own a weapon then let tat be your choice do not piss on those who wish to be able to protect them self. If the blacks want to riot then be prepared to protect yourself and family. We will be rid of the liberals democrats soon enough and then can have peace of mind.
