You ask any activist in Houston, and will tell you that Sen., Williams is soft spoken liar. He used a legislative lie to push sanctuary city bill. They say what can expect from a liar Senator. If he lies in public the things he would do in private.

Most Police Chiefs in the country are against sanctuary city laws type, according to Arturo Acevedo, Chief of the Austin police department. So, is Sen, Williams telling the truth? We would need to check with Chief Acevedo.
