Of course Mr. Smitherman would oppose having the money conduit from the Big's to his bank account severed. He was a lapdog of Perry's and gave the Big's everything they wanted as chair of our PUC; he attempted to become head of ERCOT while still serving as head of PUC; and he ran for Railroad Commissioner and won, even though he has no background, like most who have served in this capacity, in the oil and gas business. The voters of Texas are asleep at the wheel. This allows parasites to make a lucrative career out of public service.

commentator on issue of methane as a green house gas....“if you believe in global warming”...wtfrack?
smitherman on water use for fracking... says its just 1% of water used in the state’s consumption"...yeah and never returned to the hydraulic cycle!
Regarding methane released...Smitherman admits it takes time to get pipelines in place, but pipelines are catching up to production which usually outpaces the pipeline infrasctructure. Well who said it was ok to shoot first and aim later?? Come on ya’ll!
Regarding air pollution.......video ends...case in point made.
