They should cut the proposed San Antonio streetcar project. That is $180 million we DON'T need to be spending on such a frivolous project during a recession.

Just when you think Combs is just another broken politician, with loose wires, in her head, the loose wires in her head, accidentally touch, and something good comes out of her mouth. Then the wire come loose and bzzzzzzzzz........nothingness. again
Teaxs of all places, being so large, needs extensive mass transit, to keep it connected, and serve the aging and mobile population. Move forward with higspeed trains, local monorails, biking paths. They are all sorely needed.
