Customs and Border Protection Chief Stepping Down
The head of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection is stepping down, the Department of Homeland Security announced today.
Commissioner Alan Bersin, who came into the post after a recess appointment by President Obama in March 2010, will resign Dec. 30.

Obama refused to enforce our immigration laws and order the US Justice Dept and Home land Security not to enforce the immigration laws.
What we must do to stop this invasion?. Fellow Americans, it is time to confront reality and we need to speak the truth. The truth is that This invasion of illegal aliens is a threat to our country. Before I continue I want to make clear, that I do not have a problem with people of any Nationality. This issue is not about racism or hate; it is about our laws our sovereignty and the illegal aliens and the traitors that use this issue to strive for political domination of the USA.
We must let the American people know, that the elections of 2012 will be the last chance for us, to take our country back at the voting booth, if we fail it will be by a revolution.
The following we must ask our representatives, to stop this invasion:
1- Build the fence and secure our Border. The border patrol and immigration officers should be authorize to use force if need be, and should not be discharge or put in prison for doing their job. Ours is a sovereign country and our borders must be respect by all foreigners.
2- Deport all illegal aliens and permanent residents with criminal records.
3- Cut all social service for permanents residents and illegal aliens. not immigrant should be an economic burden to the American People.
4- All illegal aliens must graduate from high school and be proficient on the use of the English language, for consideration of legal immigration process, or face deportation.
5- Educate all illegal immigrants in American History, our Constitution and loyalty to the Unite States of America. A pledge of loyalty to the United States must be require for consideration of legal immigration. We must end the indoctrination of traitors in our country.
6- Pass Legislation to review our immigration policies to control the numbers of people that will enter our country every year and from what country and their education levels. stop the family reunion clause, and pass legislation that new immigrants can not be sponsors of others to be able to come to this country.
Most Latinos are tire of the Mexicans culture of corruption, the drug traffickers, criminals, prostitutes and gangs that are taken over some communities. We are tire of La Raza and the rest of the Mexican organizations agenda, they are the promoters of socialism, they are the Marxist of tomorrow, they betray this country; the country that open his door and welcome them with the amnesty of 1986 to be part of America; these people has not loyalty they are the promoters of the invasion of illegal aliens and defenders of the criminals that are here in our country in violation of our laws. Most Latinos are in support of the enforcement of our immigration laws because they are fed up with Obama and the promoters of illegal immigration refusal to enforce our immigration laws and protect our borders from the invasion of illegal aliens and the drug traffickers, that are destroying our country's values, school system, social service and most important they are taken our jobs and are a huge financial burden.
We ask all citizens of this United States to stand for our country's enforcement of the immigration laws, not immigration reform must take place if our Borders are not secure and our laws are enforce.
How are we going to prevent the thousands of economic fugitives that are invading our country, the United States cannot afford another influx of thousands of refugees from Mexico nor other country.
You decide, continue promoting this invasion of illegal aliens, or stop the destruction of our country for ever.

I would ask anyone who is open to the truth to do check their facts:
a) The Obama administration has deported over 1.1 million illegal immigrants during his term of office
b) According to "The Hill", "Of the 396,906 people removed from the U.S., more than half — 216,698 —
had been previously convicted of felonies or misdemeanors, according to the ICE numbers, which represent a 90 percent increase in the number of criminals deported over those for fiscal 2008. The numbers mark a 10 percent increase over criminals removed in fiscal 2010 — about 195,000."
c) These statistics represent a nearly 10 percent above the Bush administration’s 2008 total and 25 percent more than were deported in 2007. The pace of company audits has roughly quadrupled since President George W Bush
Unlike others posting here, I encourage everyone who remains open to the truth, to fact check the statistics. I would also point out, that this level of enforcement has cost the President significantly with much of his base supporters.
Lastly, from the comments you will find those who believe the President is "soft" on terrorism. Yet under his administration we have killed more top level Al Queda operatives than Bush did in his 8 years. Most notably bin Laden. Despite the rights penchant for advancing untrue and highly misrepresented and structured statistics, the truth is just a 'google' away.

SO WHAT if Obama has deported more than Bush, the FACTS remains that our unemployed and others are struggling to put food on the table and meet basic needs and he has now stopped most enforcement and deportations which has left 8 million illegal workers in jobs that are needed by OUR unemployed legal immigrants and citizens! And yes they do jobs that illegals do, non-immigrants already work those types of jobs! Hospitality, lawn care, agriculture, construction, etc, he even told ICE to sign up the 300,000 deportable-ready illegals for work permits, so don't even try defending the Executive Branch's failure to protect us and the jobs needed to meet our unemployed's needs!
He admitted that "illegals go to the ER and we pay for it" yet he does nothing to stop these forced costs!
Are you willing to give up your job or only sources of income, health care, college tuition assistance, college oppportunity, etc and give it to an illegal? I didn't think so, but that is exactly what is forced upon those who can't find a job and that has to change and soon because we cannot keep borrowing billions from China and there are far too many that don't get unemployment at all!.
Do I feel sorry for those from other countries that need work and help, of course, but when you let illegals keep jobs and resources that are need by legal immigrants and citizens struggling to survive, that is clearly wrong!

1. Fact - This President has been instrumental in extending unemployment benefits. So, your implication
that this President and his administration has not been responsive to our unemployed is misleading.
2. I disagree with the assertion that every job an illegal performs here is a job taken away from a
citizen. Frankly if we are to deal with our national debt and maintain our standard of living, our job
growth will not come from doing lawn work or working construction. It will come from the high tech
jobs, and professional level careers.
3. Your statement that began, "And yes, they do.....meet our employment needs" was respectfully
something of a run on sentence. I understood your assertion as to the nature of employment (see my
#2 above) but did not understand the claim of the President signing up 300,000 'deportable ready
illegals". I will research your comments and if you wish, I will comment further.
4. Fact - This President, and his predecessor, both argued for comprehensive immigration reform. No
that is NOT code for amnesty, but it would include some path to a guest worker program as well as,
some PATH to citizenship for those whose wholesale deportation would represent an inhumane
response.
5. I agree we cannot and should not continue to borrow trillions from the Chinese. Frankly, I have felt this
way since Bush took us from surplus to deficit. Welcome aboard and glad your finally here.
To blame this President for all illegal immigration is more cognitive dissonance on the right. We have a serious problem with illegal immigration in this nation. It is driven by an economic need by both those immigrants here illegally, but also the businesses that employ them. Unless we address this problem, in a comprehensive basis, the situation will continue to deteriorate.
